Iron bearded axe head characterized by
sub-rectangular blades slightly narrowing from
top to bottom. The upper back is curved and in-
clined upwards. The axe head has with a circular
handle hole and two couples of triangular rein-
forcement shoulders symmetrical to each oth-
er (one on the upper back and one on the lower
back) and a long rectangular nape (8 cm).

Dating: end of the 6th century - 7th centu-
ry C.E.

Data about discovery: the object was found
in Fiesole in a undetermined locality in 1895.
