tistics, Karl H. Hugelmann, contain a detailed overview of all the existing
associations of the Austrian Empire in a publication Statistische Darstel
lung des Vereinswesens.43 In 1857, it was prepared upon the commission of
Alexander von Bach. There in a table on its page 352, Philharmonische Ge
sellschaft in Laibach is presented alongside several others, with the basic
data in the respective columns, one of which is Zeit der Entstehung. The
year given is 1702.
