gramme Applied Psychology,
which aims to educate psycholo-
gists whose knowledge and com-
petencies are in compliance with
the EuroPsy Certificate. Dur-
ing the two years of study, stu-
dents develop the needed skills
to work independently in psy-
chological practice, since the pro-
gramme gives them the opportu-
nity to gain in-depth knowledge
to understand, interpret and
tackle various issues and prob-
lems of contemporary applied
fields of psychology. An impor-
tant part of the programme is
the process of transferring theo-
retical knowledge into practice,
which students carry out during
the 7 weeks long traineeship in
different workplaces or organiza-
tions such as institutions of pub-
lic education, social and health
services, primary health care in-
stitutions, non-governmental or-
ganizations, private companies
or other educational and research
institutions.
