razlik med skupinami, v koncentraciji interlevkinov 6 in 8 v serumu, prav ta-
ko je ostala nes permenjena žalost zaradi izgube las (Rahmani in sod., 2014).
Samopodoba in perspektiva prihodnosti sta bili po končanem MBSR dokaj
nespremenjeni (Rahmani in Talepasand, 2015). Minute, namenjene vadbi jo-
ge, niso vidno vplivale na psihološki status ali kvaliteto življenja (Lengacher
in sod., 2009).
Zaključek
MBSR je uporabna in sprejemljiva metoda podpore pri celostnem pristo-
pu obravnave pacientk z rakom dojke. Pomaga pri lajšanju čustvenih stisk,
izboljša fizično in duhovno počutje. Z vadbo MBSR pacientke gradijo svojo
novo pozitivno samopodobo, se lažje soočajo s sprejemanjem samega se-
be in svoje spremenjene telesne podobe in izzivi, ki jih prinašajo bolezen
ter morebitni spremljajoči učinki zdravljenja. Vse to prispeva k boljši kvaliteti
življenja pacientk z rakom dojke.
