A sole proprietor is a person on the market who gained independent
employment as their exclusive activity. Nevertheless, a sole proprietor is
also an economic entity without legal personality. It is important for our
project that an entrepreneur is guaranteeing for their acts with owned as-
sets in case of business failure.
