Summary

the quality of mentoring so that it is not only formally regulated but does
not lead to irregularities in practice.

Finally, some suggestions are given for more flexible system solutions, fo-
cusing mainly on the importance of practical training, while strengthening
cooperative teaching or an appropriate mentoring relationship between the
older and younger professional groups. In this way, we would enable proper
management and supervision of the training of future teachers and contri-
bute to the quality of our educational system. On the other hand, it would
give a special status position to mentors, their discharge, and the correspon-
ding national reward system. The present study significantly opens new gaps
in the training of future professionals and teachers at the national level and
identifies some important entry points highlighted by teachers. The study
has been prepared to shed light on important educational policy discussi-
ons at the national level as it deepens the insight into the various factors
influencing the future and future profession in education.

The monograph is intended to serve as a basis for how, on the one hand,
students of pedagogical disciplines, faculties and universities can be better
connected with educational institutions and provide higher quality teacher
education, and on the other hand, how to enable and enrich the working
conditions and transition of older employees into the third age.
