stop raziskovanja organizacijske kulture so intervjuji in fokusne skupine.
Kvantitativni pristop raziskovanja organizacijske kulture temelji na upo-
rabi merskega inštrumenta (vprašalnika, npr. OCAI, DOCS, OCI®), je
stroškovno učinkovitejši, omogoča širše vzorčenje organizacije ter stati-
stično preverjanje prisotnost subkultur in raven sporazumnosti o organi-
zacijski kulturi.
