na zaznavanje socialnega vidika družbene odgovornosti pri zaposle-
nih. V tem pogledu lahko podjetja tudi s pomocˇjo izvajanja družbe-
no odgovornih aktivnosti utrjujejo pripadnost zaposlenih in vplivajo
na njihovo delovno motivacijo, kar ima pozitiven ucˇinek na uspeš-
nost poslovanja. Družbeno odgovorne prakse in sodelovanje z lokal-
nim okoljem pa nenazadnje prinašajo dobrobit celotni destinaciji in
vsem deležnikom, ki jo soustvarjajo.
