Čuječnost kot psihološka intervenca za vsakdanjik

smo se oddaljili od prehranjevanja. Slaba volja tako postane samo trenu-
tek, ki ga doživljamo kot žalostnega – nismo pa mi žalostni. Živeti v tem
trenutku pomeni videti svoje misli in čustva kot dogodke, ki bodo minili.
To je podobno, kot minejo tudi zvoki, vidne zaznave, vonji, okusi, dotiki. S
tem ko se zavedamo minljivosti, lahko povečamo tudi občutek hvaležnosti
za dane izkušnje.
