The theme for this anniversary edition, Bridging Gaps, Building Futures: Business and Policy in a Complex World, reflects the diverse and interdisciplinary research presented in this volume. This year’s papers explore the interplay between policy and business as key drivers of progress. A heavy emphasis is put on Artificial Intelligence (AI), including its impact on future jobs, ethical considerations, and its role in marketing and higher education.
